Sales Account Manager

We have a fantastic opportunity for a strong Sales Account Manager to join a fast expanding, forward thinking company on a permanent basis. This is an exciting time for the successful candidate as you be joining a friendly and dedicated team and will be responsible for a diverse portfolio of customer accounts, developing positive relationships and promoting the company's products in line with the company goals and objectives. This role would suit someone who enjoys a fast paced, rewarding and challenging environment.

Key Responsibilities of the Sales Account Manager:

Managing a diverse portfolio of customer accounts

Developing positive relationships with customers

Collaborating closely with both internal stakeholders to ensure a high level of customer service

Managing existing and generating new sales (upselling associated products)

Manage all functions relating to quote, sales and order receipt in accordance with company procedure

Offering solutions and resolving issues for customers in a timely manner

Monitor sales metrics, budgets and performance of customer portfolio

Support sales and inventory Manager with functions relating to obtaining price and lead time information to support customers requirements


Key skills & abilities:

Possesses strong background in supporting customer accounts

To be able to come up with solutions and resolve issues

Positive and willing attitude

Proactive and self motivated

Excellent interpersonal skills

Ability to use your own initiative

Ability to assist others and provide support when required

A can do and willing attitude to grow with this fast expanding company
